Final Exams – Study Halls/Lunch:

All students are to be in their scheduled classes during exam week. The school does not have the authorization to excuse students from a school day or part of a school day even during study halls. If you have a study hall you have the following options.

  1. Report to the cafeteria for the entire exam period and continue to prepare for exams.
  2. Report to the media center for the entire exam period and continue to prepare for exams.
  3. New procedure:‚Äč Students who have a study hall are automatically excused and do not have to report for their study hall class period. In order to be excused from a study hall during exams, parents are no longer required to notify the attendance office in writing.

Students need to be in their exam room, the cafeteria, or the media center on time, as we do not allow hallway traffic during the examination periods. Students who have two exams on a single day are not to leave Greenfield High School during the lunch hour.
